Cherry Top Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
2 cans cherry pie filling
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Reserve 1 cup of cake mix.
In a large bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil.
(Mixture will be crumbly.)
Press mixture evenly into bottom and halfway up sides of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
