Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. nuts or raisins
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil together.
Blend in eggs.
Add alternately dry ingredients with shredded carrots.
Grease and flour 3 (6 x 3-inch) pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
