Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/8 c. pimento, chopped
Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Prepare macaroni per directions for casserole.
Add soup, mayonnaise, onion, pimento and cheese; mix together.
Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole and top with Ritz crackers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
