Pork Chop And Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (family pack)
    4 cans tomato soup
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    5 to 6 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Open 1 can of tomato soup and spread on bottom of casserole dish or baking pan.
    Layer the following:
    pork chops, bell pepper, onion and soup until they are all used.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until pork chops fall apart.
    Serve over rice. Good with green bean casserole.
