Bacon Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
1 pt. whole tomatoes
4 slices bacon
3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Cut bacon up fine; fry crisp.
Remove from grease.
Put sauerkraut, brown sugar and tomatoes in casserole dish.
Mix altogether with 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.
Mix well and sprinkle bacon pieces over top.
Bake 1 hour, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
