South Of The Border Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    36 oz. can tomato paste
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    36 flour or corn tortillas
    36 oz. pasteurized processed cheese spread
    10 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain well.
    Stir in tomato paste, water, onion and salt.
    Spoon 2 tablespoons of meat mixture on each tortilla.
    Roll up tightly.
    Place in two 12 x 20-inch baking pans.
