Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. ripe tomatoes
    2 green peppers
    2 large onions
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    sprinkle of salt
    1/2 tsp. each: allspice and cinnamon
Preparation
    Crush tomatoes and drain juice from tomatoes.
    Add other ingredients and cook until thick.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal in hot water bath about 15 minutes.
    Very good during winter with vegetables.
