Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. soft margarine
2 1/4 c. warm milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. All-Bran
5+ c. sifted flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Add flour in two additions to other ingredients.
Put on floured surface.
Round up and cover with damp cloth.
Let stand about 10 minutes.
Knead until springy.
Put in greased bowl; let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down; let rise again.
