Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. oleo or butter
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix 2 sugars, butter, eggs and oil and beat until well blended.
    Add soda, cream of tartar, salt and vanilla. Gradually add flour until well blended.
    Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Make 1-inch balls.
    Roll balls in granulated sugar.
    Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool, flatten balls with bottom of glass.
