Dr. Suber'S Navy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 slices bacon
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 small green bell pepper
    2 c. potato cubes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut bacon slices into 1-inch pieces.
    Fry until crisp; remove from pan.
    Save bacon fat.
    Add potatoes, salt and pepper and continue cooking until almost tender.
    Add onion and bell pepper and continue cooking until lightly browned on bottom.
    Turn and brown.
