Spaghetti With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained and chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf (remove leaf before serving)
    2 lb. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in butter and 1/2 the cheese. Spoon into serving dish/platter; top with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
