Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each: pepper, oregano, hot pepper sauce
4 eggs, beaten
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade; chop artichokes. Place half of the reserved marinade in saucepan; add onion and garlic.
Saute until onion is soft.
Discard garlic clove; drain. Add crumbs and seasoning to remaining marinade; stir in eggs, cheese, parsley, artichokes and onions.
Place in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0
for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Yields 6 dozen.
