Low-Cal Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
nonstick spray (Pam)
Preparation

Sauce:
Stir together milk, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in onion.
