Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Spread rhubarb in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle sugar and dry jello over the top of the rhubarb.
Then add dry cake mix over jello mixture.
Drizzle water and margarine over top of mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
