Beef-Macaroni Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. elbow macaroni
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. red wine
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 green pepper, cut into rings
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Brown ground beef until cooked and crumbly.
    In large saucepan, melt butter and blend flour.
    Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, red wine, onion soup mix, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Stir in beef and macaroni.
    Spoon into
    a large casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese, top with pepper rings.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
