Baked Cheese And Meat Souffle(Quiche) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices day-old bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    salt and pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. onion salt
    cubed ham, bacon or mushrooms (if using ham or bacon, use less salt)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and seasoning together.
    Put bread, margarine, cheese and meat in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour egg mixture over bread, etc.; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
