Shrimp Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp.
    Saute onion and celery in margarine over medium heat until tender.
    Add cornstarch and mix thoroughly. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
    Add milk and cook until it thickens.
    Serve over steamed rice.
