Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (Southern style)
    1 can celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and spread in a 9 x 12-inch pan; dot with butter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
