Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar added to regular milk
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add sugar and eggs; mix well.
Sift flour, cocoa, salt and soda together.
Add 1 cup buttermilk and water; beat 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
