Super Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Margarine
    1/2 c. Chopped Onion
    1 pkg. 16 0z. Frozen Hashed Browned Potatoes
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Soup Can of Milk
    1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 sm. Green Pepper, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. Chopped Pimiento
    1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    Cracker Crumbs
Preparation
    In a skillet melt the margarine over a medium heat, saute the onion until tender.
    Stir in the soup and milk, stir until creamy, then add the potatoes.
    Add the green pepper, pimiento, 1 cup of cheese and 1/2 of the crumbs.
    Stir together, pour into a shallow pan sprayed with PAM.
    Sprinkle the remaining cheese and cracker crumbe over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 - 50 minutes. Serves 6.
