Gran'S Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put flour in bowl.
    Add egg in center of flour.
    Also add water equal to 1/2 of 1/2 an eggshell.
    Mix well (using plenty of flour).
    Roll on floured board until very thin.
    Roll dough into cylinder and cut thin.
    Drop into boiling broth.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
    Serves 4.
