Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt butter in a heavy skillet; add spices and stir well.
Add sugar and pecans; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar is melted, approximately 8 minutes.
Pour out on flat buttered pan to cool, separating nuts.
