Hungarian Goulash(Crock-Pot Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes with puree or juice
    1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1/4 c. flour
    8 oz. lite sour cream
Preparation
    Coat steak and onion with flour and pepper; put steak, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms in crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
    In last 1/2 hour, add sour cream and stir.
    Serve with Kluski noodles or rice.
    Serves 6.
