No Guilt Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt chocolate.
    Cool slightly.
    In mixer or food processor, puree all ingredients except chocolate and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Add melted chocolate.
    Blend well.
    Pour into lightly buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
    After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cut into 16 squares.
