Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. light cream
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 graham cracker crust
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Add sugar and vanilla to cream.
Stir.
Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Pour in ice cube tray and freeze until firm.
Remove to bowl and beat until free of lumps.
Fill crust; finish freezing.
