Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. green onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add potatoes and rest of ingredients.
    Beat to blend.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole and cover.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
