Chicken Fried Steak Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubed steak
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    1 or 2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    cracker meal
    oil
Preparation
    Put steak into 1 1/2-inch strips.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Beat egg and milk together.
    Dip steak in flour, then into egg mixture.
    Then press steak in cracker meal to coat.
    Fry in large skillet in hot oil.
    Brown on both sides.
    Serves 4.
