Ingredients

2 c. milk
1-3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg flaked coconut (7 oz.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a blender, combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla.\tBlend on low 2 minutes.
Stir in coconut.\tPour into greased 9 inch pie pan.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Bake 40 minutes.
