Kay'S Crab Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay
    1 egg, beaten
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 lb. crab meat
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and add crackers and crab meat. Mix lightly not to separate lumps.
    Makes about 6 crab cakes.
