Poppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh jalapeno peppers
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    oil
Preparation
    Slice open one side of pepper.
    Clean out seeds, depending on taste.
    Fill with cheese.
    Mix milk, egg, flour and salt.
    Beat into batter.
    Heat oil.
    Dip into batter.
    Deep fry.
    Drain on paper towel.
