Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pears (12 c.)
    6 lb. sugar (13 c.)
    2 oranges
    1 lemon
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Peel and core apples. Grind pears and oranges and lemon (with skins). Add sugar and cook 1 to 2 hours or until thick. Add pineapple and boil briskly for 45 minutes. Put in jars and cover firmly. After 1 hour, seal tightly.
