Goulash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes or beef stock
    2 tsp. leaf marjoram
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 large onions, sliced
    3 large carrots, sliced round
    2 lb. stew meat, cut in bite size pieces
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    If you like a zip to your soup, 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika can be combined with regular paprika for 1 tablespoon.
