Quick And Tender Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chopped steaks
    1 can French onion soup
    salt and pepper
    flour
    oil
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Slice chopped steak into 1-inch slices.
    Roll in salt, pepper and flour.
    Brown in oil (do not cook through).
    Drain oil.
    Add soup and 2 cans water.
    Cover pan with tight lid.
    Reduce heat; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Will make its own gravy.
    Very good served over rice.
