Roast Coon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dressed coon (about 8 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 medium onions
    1 carrot
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    20 slices old bread (3 qt. bread crumbs)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper black and red to taste
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 egg
    1 c. cooked coon broth or milk
    1 c. finely chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix all the
    ingredients
    and
    stuff
    coon and place in roasting pan.
    Add water and cook slowly at 350\u00b0 until tender.
