Bacon Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes (2 1/2 to 3 lbs.)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 lb. process American cheese, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
3/4 c. sliced ripe olives
chopped fresh parsley, optional
paprika, optional
Preparation

Peel the potatoes; place in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender but firm; drain and cube.
In a bowl, mix potatoes with the onion, cheese and mayonnaise.
Transfer to an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with bacon and olives.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
If desired, sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
Yield: 8-10 servings.
