Ingredients

1 roll sugar cookie dough
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1/3 c. sugar
1 can pineapple tidbits
1/2 pt. strawberries
2 or 3 kiwi
Preparation

Spread cookie dough onto a pizza pan.
Bake according to directions on package; cool.
Make filling by combining cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar.
Mix well and spread onto cooled cookie dough.
Drain fruits and place on top of filling, putting pineapple on outside, strawberries in the middle and kiwi in the center.
I enjoy these fruits, however any can be used.
