Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. persimmons, run through colander but not cooked
    1 qt. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix and cook in moderate oven.
