Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. croutons
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain, flake and remove bones in salmon.
    Reserve liquid in a bowl.
    In another bowl, combine salmon, celery, green pepper, onion, croutons, cheese and pickle relish.
    Set aside.
