Cajun Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    6 c. chopped cabbage
    1 1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in Dutch oven with onions and peppers.
    Cook until onions are transparent.
    Drain and add other ingredients. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
