Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 large eggs
    1/4 c. sour cream
    dash of salt
    1 small head cabbage
    1/4 lb. butter, divided (1 stick)
Preparation
    Combine flour, eggs, sour cream and salt and knead until the dough is soft, pliable and very elastic, 30 to 45 minutes of hand kneading.
