Hot Sauce To Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. peeled and chopped ripe tomatoes
    4 large onions, chopped
    5 to 15 jalapeno hot peppers
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Drop in tomato mixture and simmer 1 hour.
    Sterilize jars and seal.
    Put rubber gloves on to grind or chop hot peppers.
    I make this and it is good on tortillas.
