Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2-10 oz. boxes frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans, opt.
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add and mix oil and eggs.
    Add the strawberries and pecans.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    (I add a drop of red food coloring to make the bread pink.)
    Excellent to give as a holiday bread. Stays moist for several days.
