Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) chicken, boiled, deboned and cut up
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) sharp cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. pimento (optional)
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions on box.
Combine ingredients, except cheese, stirring lightly.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Based on 12 servings.
