Zucchini - Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 onion
    1 c. boiling water (with salt if desired)
    2 to 3 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper to season
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a saucepan, add rice and onion to a rapid boil.
    Cover tightly; boil gently 20 minutes.
