Golden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. canned pineapple juice
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. well drained diced pineapple (do not use fresh)
1/2 c. drained fresh orange sections, cut in small pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts or 1/2 c. coarsely grated carrots
Preparation

Mix gelatin, sugar, salt and pineapple juice in small saucepan. Heat over low heat until gelatine is dissolved.
Remove from heat; add other juices.
Chill to unbeaten egg white consistency.
Fold in other ingredients.
Pour into 3-cup mold; chill until firm.
