Old Fashioned Sand Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, not margarine
2 c. (1 lb.) light brown sugar
3 c. flour
1 egg
Preparation

Mix and refrigerate.
Roll into walnut size balls and press down with end of small glass or disc from cookie press dipped in sugar.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top, and chopped nuts, if desired.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
