Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 pt. beets
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Mix together. Cook, stirring constantly, until beets are heated.
    Add butter and stir.
