Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. solid vegetable shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. (1 lb.) sifted confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Mix in bowl until creamy.
Keeps for 2 weeks in refrigerator. Rewhip before using.
Makes 3 cups.
