Hearts N' Caps(To Steal His Heart, Serve With Roast Or Grilled Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (not marinated artichoke hearts)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. fresh mushroom slices
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange artichoke hearts in a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
    Saute mushrooms in butter in medium skillet until tender. Add cream.
    Cook over low heat until most of cream is absorbed. Stir occasionally.
    Pour mushroom mixture over artichokes and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
