Mexican Cornbread - African American Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornbread
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 lb. pkg. shredded cheese
    1 cut up bell pepper
    dried red pepper to taste
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can creamed corn
Preparation
    Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
